What you'll need to succeed :

Effective in dynamic environment adaptable comfortable with ambiguity working at pace and prioritizing multiple tasks

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) collaboration building trust with wide range of colleagues and clients

Financial acumen appetite for learning about the industry negotiating skills and a focus on writing profitable business

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience; Commercial Insurance Company Agency or Brokerage experience preferred; Marine Cargo Contractors Equipment and Marine Liabiability experience preferred

Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university preferred
