Responsibilities

• Process Development:Develop, implement, and optimize gear cutting and hobbing processesto ensure efficient and high-quality production.
• Technical Expertise:Provide technical support and guidance on gear manufacturing techniques, including machining, hobbing, shaping, and grinding.
• Quality Assurance:Ensure all gear manufacturing processes meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any quality issues.
• Continuous Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Equipment Management:Oversee the maintenance and calibration of gear cutting and hobbing equipment. Work with maintenance teams to ensure minimal downtime.
• Training & Development:Mentor and train junior engineers and production staff on gear manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Project Management:Lead and manage projects related to gear manufacturing, including new product introductions and process upgrades.
• Collaboration:Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of gear manufacturing processes.
• Review
and ensure that all production processes are properly documented using the official standards for ISO system. Identify documents that need to be updated and document all new process implemented.
