Una empresa líder en el sector de alimentos busca un Gerente de Ventas de Zona en Cuernavaca. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en liderar equipos, desarrollar planes estratégicos de ventas y gestionar relaciones con clientes. Se requiere un mínimo de 4-5 años en ventas, con habilidades destacadas en negociación y organización. Se valorará un título universitario en campos relacionados y experiencia en el sector de Consumo Masivo.

El Gerente de Ventas de Zona - Distribución Directa es responsable de liderar, desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia de ventas y distribución para una zona geográfica asignada. Este rol clave supervisa directamente a un equipo de ventas y asegura el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales a través de canales de distribución directa, optimizando la cobertura, la ejecución en el punto de venta y la rentabilidad. El titular del puesto deberá impulsar el crecimiento del volumen y valor, gestionar relaciones clave y desarrollar el talento dentro de su equipo.
Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ventas, o campo relacionado. (Posgrado deseable)
