A leading luxury fashion brand in Xico, Mexico, is seeking a Visual Merchandising Director to drive brand improvements and oversee global strategies. This role requires over 10 years of experience in visual merchandising, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage large projects across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a background in design and a thorough understanding of fashion retail. Key responsibilities include creating innovative merchandising solutions and providing strong leadership to the retail teams.
Reporting to the VP of Visual Merchandising - Americas, the Visual Merchandising Director is accountable for driving the market's business by collaborating with the local and regional leadership teams to better understand the business and in turn, optimally and efficiently prioritize, implement, and deliver all aspects of global visual strategies in coordination with the regional needs.
They will deliver outstanding brand improvements by learning the full strategic vision of the brand that ultimately elevates the client experience.
