Responsibilities

• Manage L1 support, plant systems, and end-user IT services: Oversee and manage Level 1 application support, plant systems, deskside services, and walk-up IT support to ensure seamless operational continuity and user satisfaction.
• Business Systems and Infrastructure Strategy: Analyze business objectives and initiatives and make recommendations for the improvement of infrastructure and business systems.
• Local IT Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the local IT team to drive performance and engagement.
• Project Component Management: Manages several project components or complex parts of a single project.
• IT – Business Liaison: Communicate with management and department heads regarding business initiatives.
• Technical Liaison: Acts as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to implement or maintain systems.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in similar IT position
• Bilingual English-Spanish
• Master’s degree as a plus
