A leading technology company is seeking a Sales Director to manage relationships with OEM partners in Mexico. This role involves leading a matrixed team, overseeing sales operations, and driving business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and significant leadership experience in the technology sector, particularly with OEMs and distribution channels. Fluency in English and knowledge of the local partner ecosystem are essential for success in this position, which offers a hybrid work model.
The sales professionals that support our Customers and Partners are buildings and manages our relationships with customers, distributors, and ecosystem partners.

The team understands the needs of our customers by listening to the problems they are trying to solve and sharing our company's solutions.
This position would be LEADING the team that covers our components and strategic accounts in Mexico, driving billings of a vast portfolio of Intel Technologies with our local OEM ecosystem including sales of components thru our distribution channel in the country, impacting all of our business segments and reaching a vast amount and types of end users.
Applies and / or develops highly advanced technologies, principles, and concepts.

SMG works across business units to amplify the customer voice and deliver solutions that accelerate their business.
We work across numerous industries, including retail, enterprise and government, cloud services and healthcare as examples.
The operations team focuses on forecasting, driving alignment with factory production and delivering efficiency tools and our marketing capability drives demand and localized marketing in locations around the globe.
Our sales force navigates a complex partner and customer ecosystem while shaping product roadmaps, driving value for our customers, and collaborating to harness emerging technology trends to deliver comprehensive solutions.
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
