A multinational corporation in Monterrey is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to support the commissioning of Automated Electromechanical Machines. Responsibilities include gaining knowledge of machine operations, resolving technical issues, conducting basic maintenance, and training operators. Formación

  • Must possess a strong electro-mechanical and engineering aptitude.

Job Summary

Maintenance Specialist will be primarily responsible for supporting the transfer, setup, and commissioning of Automated Electromechanical Machine

Location: Monterrey, Mexico (First 1 week training in UK)

Duration: 6 Months to 12 Months

Job Responsibilities
  • Gain a working knowledge of the machine's operation, changeover, and setup requirements such that the individual as able to complete each technical activity successfully within expected timeframes.
  • Support the resolution of technical issues, with immediate attendance.
  • Conduct first basic machine maintenance requirements.
  • Support resolution of quality issues.
  • Support Health and Safety standards.
  • Modify & create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as required.
  • Train operators to successfully operate and service the machine with material changeovers.
  • Support in developing effective and efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Responsible for achieving product quality parameters from machine output.
Key Skills
  • Possess a Electro-mechanical and engineering aptitude
  • A detailed working knowledge of shop floor machines, and rotary print automated electromechanical type conversion machine would be most preferable.
  • Ability to understand create and follow procedures.
  • IT literate
  • Appreciation of standard operating practices.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Good problem solving.
  • Profess a calm approach to technical issues and their solution.
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Able to read engineering drawings.
