Purpose of Role

As the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing Manager for Mexico, you will lead the marketing strategy and execution across Under Armour’s owned & operated (O&O) stores and outlet locations. This role requires a unique blend of brand building and commercial focus—elevating innovation-led product stories in premium retail environments while driving traffic, conversion, and sell-through in both full-price and value-driven channels.

You’ll be responsible for delivering compelling consumer journeys across physical stores, ensuring that every campaign, experience, and touchpoint reflects the Under Armour brand and contributes to business results. You will work closely with Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, Planning, and Brand Marketing to align storytelling and performance.

Your Impact
  • Retail Marketing Strategy & Execution — Own the seasonal retail marketing calendar and strategy for all Under Armour O&O stores and outlets in Mexico.
  • Innovation Storytelling & Brand Experience — Partner with the Brand team to localize global brand and innovation campaigns within the retail environment.
  • Commercial Alignment & Traffic Driving — Translate traffic, sales, and inventory goals into marketing actions, balancing brand storytelling with performance marketing tactics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Retail Readiness — Collaborate with Store Managers, Retail Ops, and Merch teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and readiness.
  • Measurement & Optimization — Define KPIs and track marketing performance per store/channel; deliver campaign recaps and insights to optimize future initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in retail, DTC, or trade marketing, preferably in apparel, sportswear, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of leading marketing strategies for both premium and value-driven retail formats.
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs and ability to balance brand-building with commercial execution.
  • Experience managing in-store activations, retail toolkits, and campaign execution across multiple locations.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with store, brand, and merchandising teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish; proficient in English.
  • Passion for sport, innovation, and creating meaningful consumer experiences.
Workplace Location
  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Mexico office.
  • Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office per week through September 5, 2025. Beginning September 8, 2025, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week.
