Lead Generation & Cold Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly driven Lead Generation Specialist with strong experience in cold outreach, skiptracing, and converting cold contacts into qualified leads.

The ideal candidate is persistent, innovative, and able to work independently while consistently delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold outreach (calls, texts, emails, DMs).
• Perform skiptracing to identify accurate contact details.
• Build and manage lead lists and outreach workflows.
• Convert cold leads into warm opportunities through consistent follow-up.
• Develop new and creative strategies to generate motivated seller leads.
• Maintain organized tracking of communication and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate lead generation and cold outreach.
• Strong persistence, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to think creatively and test new methods.
• Reliable, self‑directed, and results‑oriented.
