What will you do?

The Lead Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Cash Management team to achieve and improve Free Cash Flow targets. This position focuses on identifying and analyzing potential risks in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Other Working Capital accounts. The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and global coordination to ensure optimal cash performance.

How will you do it?
  • Risk Analysis & Mitigation:
    • Monitor AR, AP, and OWC accounts to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting FCF.
    • Develop actionable insights and recommendations to mitigate risks and improve cash flow.
  • Forecasting & Reporting:
    • Support the manager in preparing FCF forecasts and variance analysis.
    • Provide detailed reports and dashboards for leadership visibility on cash performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas regions.
    • Work closely with Operations, Sales, and FP&A teams from different PBUs to align on cash management strategies.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify gaps in current processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
    • Support implementation of best practices for cash flow optimization.
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years in financial analysis, cash management, and/or FP&A positions.
  • Experience in multinational environments and cross-regional coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling (Excel) and financial tools (OneStream).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
