Una importante empresa automotriz en Ramos Arizpe, México, busca un profesional para implementar procesos de manufactura y realizar evaluaciones ergonómicas en estaciones de trabajo. Se requiere experiencia en GMS y manufactura lean, así como un conocimiento sólido de herramientas de ingeniería y diseño. El candidato ideal tendrá un título en mecatrónica o ingeniería industrial y al menos 1 a 2 años de experiencia relevante. La posición favorece la diversidad e inclusión en el lugar de trabajo.

Formación

  • Drive GMS and lean manufacturing implementation through the development of PLOW-Plant Launch Operation Wall activities in compliance with the requirements of WPO, Standard Work & Takt Time that are part of the standardization principle.
  • Develop ergonomic assessments of workstations, document and track non-standard conditions.
  • Develop the implementation plan of the support activities during the launch phases of the OSTS (Operator Support Task Sheet), PLOW (Plan Launch Operation Wall) and PPAP Readiness according to the Program Timing Chart milestones.
  • Develop direct labor line balance for new Assembly Lines and Pillar Chart for Machining Lines.
  • Conduct, as appropriate, second level analysis using specified tools (NIOSH, Energy Expenditure, Snook, including analysis tools regulated by local governments).
  • Monitor automatic and manual cycle times ensuring the compliance of design targets.
  • Manage Industrial Engineering support for resolution of through‑put improvement, line balance, Ergonomic Assessment, Production Trial Runs, quality issues and plant cost studies.
  • Develop APS database, optimize sequence of operations and workflow in STDS.
  • Work to improve efficiencies through waste elimination and process improvements.
  • Updates/optimization workplace design and approve material presentation.
  • Support central IE & LMS teams with development (RFQs, development, validation, runoff) and execution of material handling, lift assists, lift tables, dollies, minomis, kitting, repack, internal dunnage, push carts and point of use racks.
  • Supports plant floor equipment installation and support areas tracking and countermeasures.
  • Manage layout requirements for support areas layout.
  • Develop plan & conduct equipment validation and PPAP with CME team.
  • Support the closure of all MO open issues for Launch Deliverables.
  • Continuous improvement to meet target metrics, offloading, buffering, material handling additions.
Additional Job Description
  • Strong knowledge of work measurement and work standard methods.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Knowledge of ergonomic requirements of workstation design.
  • Knowledge ability to implement and coach of Lean Manufacturing Processes and GMS Principles and Elements.
  • Experience with Time Cycle Diagrams, Man Machine Charts, Capacity Charts, Pillar Chart.
Requirements
  • Knowledge in Core Tools.
  • Knowledge in Autocad.
  • Knowledge in Metrology.
  • English: intermediate to advanced.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years.
