The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, with over 10 years of experience in a multinational setting. Responsibilities include training facilitation and development program design. Formación

• 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Deep knowledge of training methodologies and organizational development practices.
• Experience as a people leader is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate leadership, management, and professional development training.
• Conduct annual learning needs assessments.
• Design and enhance learning programs.

Conocimientos

Fluent in Spanish

Fluent in English

Proven facilitation skills

Strong project management

Excellent interpersonal skills

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field
