• 5+ years of experience in business unit management or commercial management.
• Experience in chemical distribution for food, cosmetics, or personal care is a plus.
• Availability to travel within Latin America and intercontinentally.

• Ensure formation of high-performance teams and drive cultural transformation.
• Manage P&L for the line of business.
