A leading mobility technology platform is searching for a Marketing Senior Analyst to enhance the driver community across Spanish-speaking Latin America. In this role, you will execute regional marketing initiatives, manage brand campaigns, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate must have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical, project management skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. This role is hybrid and offers an exciting opportunity within a dynamic team.

Formación

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, operations, or data-driven roles.
  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets.
  • Strong project management experience with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

  • Support implementation of regional marketing initiatives for drivers.
  • Take ownership of execution of brand campaigns and local projects.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to identify trends.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for aligned project execution.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights.
