Formación

• 6+ years of general experience.
• 4+ years as a people manager with 8+ direct reports.
• 3+ years of performance metrics and Lean techniques experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations in the delivery station.
• Lead a team of Process Assistants and Delivery Service Providers.
• Ensure safety and training of all personnel.
