Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries.
- Revenue Growth: Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding product or service offerings to drive revenue growth within key accounts.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding clients' needs and proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic account plans aligned with MIDEA's business objectives to maximize the value delivered to key accounts.
- Communication and Collaboration: Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and key clients to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.
- Market Insights: Gathering market intelligence and staying abreast of industry trends to anticipate clients' evolving needs and provide proactive solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both MIDEA and its key accounts.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing key account performance metrics to measure progress against objectives and identify areas for improvement.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with key accounts to protect MIDEA's interests and ensure long-term sustainability of client relationships.
- Innovation and Value Proposition: Collaborating with key accounts to co-create innovative solutions that deliver unique value and maintain MIDEA's competitive edge in the market.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with internal departments such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of solutions to key accounts.
- Representing MIDEA: Actively representing MIDEA at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility and expand the company's presence within key account networks.
- Among other duties as assigned.
Experience & Background
- +3 years of working experience in sales or related fields.
- HVAC sales experience.
Education and Language
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree.
- Advanced English.
- Master is a Plus.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Technical Knowledge of Air Conditioning: Understanding of various air conditioning systems, including their components, operation, and maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues related to air conditioning units and systems.
- VRF Selection Software: Proficiency in using software tools specifically designed for Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system selection.
- Chillers: Expertise in the operation and maintenance of chillers, including both air-cooled and water-cooled types.
- Air Handlers: Knowledge of air handling units (AHUs), including their design, operation, and maintenance.
- Pipeline Management: Experience in managing and overseeing the pipeline of projects or sales, from initial lead generation to final closing.
- Intermediate Excel: Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and modeling.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively conveying information, negotiating contracts, and building rapport with key clients.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are needed to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, understand their needs, and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements is essential for maximizing revenue and profitability.
- Strategic Thinking: Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with MIDEA's business objectives to drive growth and success within key accounts.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify challenges, analyze root causes, and develop creative solutions.
