About the Role

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the hotel’s information technology infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity, system security, and efficiency across all platforms.

This position leads IT operations, supervises staff, manages technology projects, and controls IT budgets, guaranteeing uninterrupted hotel operations and compliance with internal standards and policies. The role plays a key part in supporting daily hotel operations through reliable technology solutions and proactive system management.

By working closely with hotel leadership and cross-functional teams, the IT Manager contributes directly to operational excellence, system stability, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the hotel’s IT infrastructure and daily technology operations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal IT security standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Lead and supervise IT staff, ensuring effective task execution and service delivery.
  • Plan, manage, and execute IT projects aligned with operational requirements.
  • Prepare, monitor, and control IT CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
  • Ensure continuity and reliability of hotel systems (PMS, POS, SPA, and related applications).
  • Oversee hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.
  • Establish priorities to ensure uninterrupted system functionality and operational support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality in roles such as Assistant IT Manager, Systems Manager, or similar.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Solid understanding of hotel operations and IT project execution.
  • Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and hotel applications (PMS, POS, SPA, others).
  • Working knowledge of computer systems, networks, security, system administration, databases, data storage, and telephony systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • English proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced.

  • Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.

  • Engineering or related Bachelor’s Degree.
