• Proven ability to manage IT operations and lead cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts and standards (TOGAF).
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and metrics (e.g., MTTR).
• Experience delivering complex IT projects on time and within scope.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
