This role involves leading Business Analytics, managing relationships with marketing and sales, and ensuring data reliability. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's in Marketing or Business Administration, at least 5 years of experience in market research specific to the Food and Beverages sector, and strong stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Owner and leader of the Business Analytics relationship with Insights, Marketing and Sales, as well as Nielsen and other external sources, managing Nielsen and Kantar Homepanel end to end agenda.

Your Impact

As Latam Insights Associate Manageryour scope would consist of:

  • Execute descriptive and strategic analyses aimed at the Insights, Marketing and Sales agenda, summing to the objectives and considering the business’s process.
  • Be a partner and strategic thinker, propose, be proactive and be a team player.
  • Play the role of gatekeeper of all PepsiCo´s market (Internal & external) data, leading the agenda with key suppliers and maintaining alignment among Global and Local needs for that subject.
  • Ensure that all PepsiCo´s market data is reliable in terms of quality and timing.
  • Develop market analysis for Foods categories, answering main key business questions with data visualization, and descriptive/strategic analysis.
  • Develop and execute visualization capability across sector and categories enhancing report automation seeking for efficiency on working time spend.
  • Develop the integration and recommendation of holistic solutions to key business questions based on market dynamics, macroeconomic situation and consumer trends to develop strategies for the channel to help grow the business.
  • Influence with insights and added value the AOP / PSP processes helping on strategies creation with data that validates the relevance of initiatives for our business partners.
  • Being able to recommend different solutions and suppliers, focused on the business questions and available budget.
  • Fully responsible for Business Analytics working plan and its capabilities. Know, understand and be able to promote methodologies with stakeholders.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Actuary, Business Administration(preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in market research for Food & Beverages industry or massive consumption market.
  • English language proficiency both oral and written.
  • Strong experience working with Nielsen and Homepanel information.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful projects with focus on results, to manage projects that impact business objectives.
  • Ability to manage problems from complex to simple.
  • Strong communication and Story telling.
  • Analytical thinking with proven ability to connect data & generate insights, as well as future forces of change, and deliver clear outlook scenarios along with implications for the business.
