Your Impact and Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will provide technical support, manage inquiries, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions and customer-centric support. You’ll collaborate with international colleagues and distributors to deliver tailored HVAC solutions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Technical Support: Advising customers and colleagues on HVAC engineering solutions.
  • Quotation & Proposal Development: Preparing detailed quotes tailored to customer needs.
  • Sales Follow-ups: Ensuring timely responses to inquiries, leads, and quotations.
  • Order & Project Coordination: Liaising with production and logistics to ensure accurate order handling.
  • Engineering Design: Designing HVAC systems and creating technical solutions.
  • Workflow Management: Coordinating and planning tasks internally and externally.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintaining proactive communication with clients.
  • Process Improvement: Supporting workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Who You Are

You are a proactive, outgoing, and technically strong professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy solving problems and delivering high-quality solutions while working collaboratively with international teams.

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD or similar design software; able to read technical drawings.
  • Experience in HVAC systems and industry standards is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Background in inside sales, technical support, or engineering roles is a plus.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Collaborative team player with cross-cultural communication skills.
