The role involves researching and preparing R&D proposals, maintaining customer relationships, and transforming ideas into workable concepts. Ideal applicants will hold a relevant university degree, possess 2-3 years' relevant experience, and be capable of managing multiple projects under strict deadlines. Native English fluency is required, with occasional travel to the USA. A motivated approach with strong leadership skills is essential.

Formación

• Experience writing tenders, R&D plans, and commercial business plans.
• 2-3 years' experience in Industrial, Technological or R&D consultancy.
• Familiarity with federal grant funding mechanisms.
• C2 – Grade A (C2.2) / Native English speaker.
• Travel availability of 20% (USA and Europe).

Responsibilities

Daily duties include the research and preparation of R&D Proposals, and Business Case Studies of high value adapted to our customers' needs. This position is highly entrepreneurial, as the candidate will be instrumental in transforming the seed of an idea into a workable concept, with support from Inspiralia's collaborators. The candidate will also have to maintain professional relationships with customers based all across the United States. The position has a broad scope and includes functions ranging from concept validation to technical consultancy.

Qualifications

We require a candidate with:

• University degree in Science, Health, Industrial Engineering, ICT, Physics or similar.
• Experience writing tenders, R&D plans, technical feasibilities, and commercial business plans
• At least, 2-3 years' experience in Industrial, Technological or R&D consultancy.
• Familiar with federal grant funding mechanisms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
• C2 – Grade A (C2.2) / Native English speaker
• Travel availability 20% (USA and eventually Europe).

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. or MS in a science-related field
• Technical copyediting/copywriting experience
• Federal grant writing experience
• Project management experience
