Una empresa de software mexicana busca un líder en infraestructura y redes para supervisar proyectos de migración de servidores y gestionar la seguridad de su entorno. Se requiere experiencia de al menos 5 años y habilidades en AWS y gestión de servidores. El candidato ideal tendrá habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos, además de una sólida comprensión de la seguridad en redes y servidores. El puesto es presencial en Puebla y ofrece un salario mensual de $30,000 a $32,000.

Formación

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en funciones de infraestructura y redes, preferentemente en el sector automotriz.
• Capacidades de gestión de proyectos y documentación.
• Experiencia en metodologías de prueba.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, coordinar y gestionar proyectos de migración de servidores y puntos de acceso.
• Coordinar con operaciones para apoyar la infraestructura en caso de fallos.
• Coordinar y ejecutar pruebas de concepto con proveedores para analizar vulnerabilidades de seguridad.
• Supervisar la solución de problemas de switches, acces points, y servidores.

Requirements

Education

Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related fields.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience in Infrastructure and Networking roles, ideally within the Automotive sector.

Language

Proficient in both technical and conversational English.

• Data Loss Prevention ( DLP ).

• Administration, monitoring, and issue resolution for Windows servers and LAN / WAN networks.
• VLAN creation.
• Troubleshooting for Meraki / Cisco device failures.
• Veeam Backup monitoring, including backup and restoration.
• Proficiency in Fortinet firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and manage server and Access Point migration projects.
• Coordinate with operations to support infrastructure in case of failures.
• Coordinate and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) testing with vendors to analyze security vulnerabilities in the company's infrastructure and networks.
• Plan and coordinate server security updates with the Network Operations Center (NOC).
• Oversee troubleshooting of switches, access points, and physical / virtual servers.
• Lead and provide solutions in collaboration with the Security Operations Center, including firewall rule requests and VPN configurations.
• Prevent data loss.
• Manage and oversee virtual server environments, to ensure availability and optimal performance.
• Ensure requested changes meet the company's security requirements.
• Manage, update, and monitor backups, as well as restore data.
• Manage and monitor local NAS and VSAN storage of the physical server cluster, coordinating cleanup and updates with the IT team to improve performance.
