About the Client
The client is a profitable US based land investment company located in South Florida. The business specializes in buying and selling land and offering owner financing solutions. Unlike traditional real estate companies, they are not brokers or agents and only sell properties they own or control. The company generates a high volume of inbound leads and is focused on scaling operations by removing the founder from day to day sales activities.
About the Role
Inbound Real Estate Sales Rep (Bilingual) acts as the critical bridge between lead generation and client acceptance. You will take qualified leads from our appointment setters and guide them through the education, negotiation, and closing phases. Your goal is to convert interest into land ownership while providing exceptional support to ensure a seamless transition to our fulfillment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Conversion: Conduct phone and video sales meetings with pre-qualified leads to understand buyer goals, explain land purchase options, and convert interest into completed sales.
- Lead Management: Manage a high volume of inbound and warm leads daily, including answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and assigning leads within the CRM for structured follow up.
- Pipeline Management: Execute a disciplined follow-up strategy using calls, texts, and CRM-driven workflows to move prospects through the pipeline and prevent lead drop off.
- Closing and Negotiation: Confidently ask for the sale, address objections, and guide prospects through decision making without pressure-based tactics.
- Bilingual Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanish speaking prospects, supporting conversations, follow-ups, and translated sales messaging as needed.
- CRM Ownership: Maintain accurate records of conversations, appointments, proposals, and next steps using real estate focused CRM tools such as Follow Up Boss or similar platforms.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly activity and performance benchmarks including minimum outbound dials, appointments attended, proposals sent, and hot prospects identified.
- Sales Training Participation: Participate in regular role plays, daily or weekly stand ups, and ongoing sales coaching to continuously improve communication and closing skills.
- Cross Team Collaboration: Work closely with appointment setters and internal operations teams to ensure smooth handoff once a buyer converts to a client.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, to effectively serve a bilingual customer base.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, closing, appointment setting, or phone-based sales roles, preferably in real estate, land sales, automotive sales, or similar consultative sales environments.
- Phone and Video Confidence: Comfortable handling frequent phone calls and video meetings with US-based clients, including asking for the sale and managing objections.
- CRM Experience: Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and lead management workflows. Experience with real estate CRMs such as Follow Up Boss is a strong plus.
- Resilience and Mindset: Thick-skinned, self-motivated, and comfortable handling rejection while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Follow Up Discipline: Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to execute consistent, value-driven follow up at scale.
- Coachability: Open to feedback, role play, performance reviews, and continuous improvement through structured sales training.
