Basic Function of the Position

Provide support to the Trade Compliance and Global Logistics departments in the documentation, coordination, and follow-up of import/export operations under the IMMEX program.

This is an entry-level position designed for bilingual professionals eager to grow in a global logistics and compliance environment. The company will provide full training and development opportunities for the selected candidate.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day import/export operations in compliance with IMMEX and customs regulations.
  • Assist with document validation, broker coordination, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Maintain control of SKU information, countries of origin, and BOM updates as directed.
  • Assist with Annex 24 data tracking and validation of import/export movements.
  • Communicate in English daily with regional and global logistics teams.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of trade data and timely customs clearance.
Qualifications Required for Effective Performance
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field preferred (not required).
  • 1+ year of experience in import/export, logistics, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills (C1–C2 level required).
  • Basic understanding of customs processes, IMMEX, or international shipping is a plus.
