Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Implementation
  • Lead full-cycle implementations of IBM Planning Analytics / TM1
  • Design multidimensional models, business rules, and calculations
  • Develop TurboIntegrator (TI) processes for ETL and automation
  • Build complex rules, feeders, and consolidations
  • Deliver Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and TM1 Web applications
• Client Engagement & Leadership
  • Act as the main technical and functional contact for clients
  • Conduct workshops and translate business needs into solutions
  • Present solution designs to client leadership
  • Mentor junior consultants and oversee project deliverables
• Technical Expertise
  • Optimize performance via cube restructuring and rule tuning
  • Implement security (dimension, cell, process)
  • Integrate TM1 with ERP, data warehouses, and cloud apps
  • Build custom reports using TM1 tools, Excel, and PAW
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Business Analysis & Advisory
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
  • Design solutions for consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Support change management and user adoption
  • Provide thought leadership on EPM trends and Planning Analytics roadmap

Required Qualifications

• Experience
  • 6–10 years of hands‑on IBM TM1 / Planning Analytics experience
  • 4–5 full lifecycle implementations
  • Industry experience in Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, etc.
  • Experience with both on‑premise and cloud deployments
• Technical Skills
  • Expert in TM1 architecture, cube design, and dimension modeling
  • Advanced TI scripting and rule writing
  • Strong experience with PAW and TM1 Web
  • Proficient in ETL and data integration best practices
  • Familiar with TM1 REST API and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE)
  • Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling
• Functional Skills
  • Deep knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation
  • Experience with management reporting, variance analysis, and KPIs
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements

• MBA, CPA, or relevant advanced degree
