Description

Position at Judd Wire Mexico, S.A. de C.V.

We are seeking a Human Resources & General Affairs Assistant Manager to lead key departmental operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure full compliance with organizational processes. This role plays a strategic part in talent management, departmental administration, and coordination of general services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, develop, and improve HR processes, policies, and departmental structure.
  • Design, coordinate, and execute recruitment and selection strategies for operational, administrative, and specialized roles.
  • Review and validate pre-payroll, ensuring accurate recording of incidents, movements, and approvals.
  • Supervise the operation and compliance of general services.
  • Prepare and present departmental KPIs and key performance indicators.
  • Lead administrative disciplinary processes, internal investigations, and labor actions.
  • Represent the department during internal/external audits and STPS, IMSS, or ISO reviews.
  • Manage training, development, and performance evaluation programs, including needs assessment and annual scheduling.
  • Manage and optimize the HR & GA budget, including vendor contracting and expense control.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Capital, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with payroll and HCM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of labor regulations.
  • Intermediate–advanced English proficiency.
  • Leadership, decision-making, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
