A multinational company in Mexico seeks an HR Administrator to manage HR process administration and resolve inquiries. The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years in personnel administration and ticket handling. Essential skills include advanced English and basic knowledge of HR tools like SuccessFactors and SAP. Perform moderate process administration in his/her area of responsibility and solve tickets in the system attending questions and requisitions from internal customers (HR, managers, employees). Process HR transactions in the system including new hires, onboarding, terminations, promotions, and transfers. Document process completion based on the relevant Work Instruction and perform quality checks. Support the design, application, and continual improvement of HR processes. Collaborate with HR Service Hub Leadership to ensure consistency and standardization across HR processes. Handle moderate employee inquiries allocated in his/her queue and resolve inquiries in priority order or forward employee-related questions to the respective queue, informing requestor about inquiry status. Serve as a contact to HR vendors (e.g. Payroll, Time, ...) and other stakeholders (employees, managers, HR Consultants, CoEs, ...) and provide guidance to employees and managers on self-service transactions.
College Degree or Bachelor in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Economics or related areas. Minimum 2 years experience in personnel administration with working experience at an HR SSC environment (Tier level support, escalation, ticket handling, ...). Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors, SAP ERP HCM, ticketing systems. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools to handle data building, template uploads, and data review with moderate data sizing. English skills to handle oral and writing conversations with other countries (Advanced English). Solution-driven, good communication and interpersonal skills, team & customer oriented, good listening skills, assertiveness, proactivity, detail-oriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
