Formación

• Proficiency in HR and HR Management.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration.

Responsabilidades

• Implement HR policies and manage employee benefits.
• Oversee benefits administration and maintain compliance with HR regulations.
• Support employee relations and assist with recruitment and onboarding.

Conocimientos

Proficiency in Human Resources (HR)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
