A leading global industrial process fluids company in Monterrey seeks an HR Generalist to support various HR functions. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, supporting HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR, at least 3 years of experience, and strong communication skills. This hybrid role offers competitive pay and continuous training opportunities.
As HR Generalist, you will provide support to the Mexico HRBP in functional areas of human resources including employee relations, performance management, change management and employee engagement. You will assist in the development and implementation of human resources priorities and goals for the site in alignment with the broader organizational priorities. Education: Bachelor's Degree related to HR is a must
Languages: Conversational English
Knowledge and use of Excel and Power Point
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR
Location: Hybrid arrangement with 2 days/week office presence at our site in Parque Industrial Mitras.
