Together, these two entities—one for‑profit and one non‑profit—are shaping the future of healthcare delivery through advanced services, strategic partnerships, and philanthropic outreach.
The General Manager (“Administrador General”) will serve as the administrative and operational leader of both the Hospital (75% focus) and its affiliated foundation (25% focus). Reporting directly to the CEO (Hospital) and the Board (non‑profit), this executive will oversee all non‑clinical functions including finance, operations, compliance, HR, and patient experience, while supporting the CEO in executing the organization’s strategic vision. This is a high‑impact leadership role requiring a dynamic, bilingual (Spanish / English) executive with extensive experience in hospital administration in Mexico and a passion for delivering best‑in‑class healthcare and community service.
Oversee accounting, financial planning, treasury, and tax compliance.
Manage budgets, financial reporting, cash flow, and cost control.
Maximize physician productivity and institutional profitability.
Ensure full compliance with Mexican healthcare and tax regulations, particularly COFEPRIS, as well as SAT.
Liaise with legal and tax advisors to safeguard institutional integrity.
Lead procurement, inventory control, equipment maintenance, facility operations, and facility maintenance.
Drive operational efficiency across surgical units and support services.
Oversee HR policies, recruitment, payroll, and employee development.
Champion a collaborative, high‑performance, and mission‑driven culture.
Implement systems to monitor and improve patient satisfaction, safety, and quality control.
Resolve patient complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain strong, productive relationships with physicians and medical teams.
Balance clinical autonomy with institutional goals.
Partner with the CEO to deliver on strategic growth objectives.
Advance initiatives that strengthen revenue, reputation, and operational innovation.
Lead fundraising initiatives for the non‑profit foundation.
Engage with public and private stakeholders to expand the foundation’s community reach.

Hospital Leadership Experience: At least 5 years in senior roles managing private hospitals or healthcare operations in Mexico.
Regulatory Expertise: Deep knowledge of Mexican healthcare regulations, particularly COFEPRIS, as well as SAT.
Financial Acumen: Proven skills in budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and cost control.
Operational Excellence: Strong background in optimizing hospital operations, surgical units, and biomedical equipment management.
Team Leadership: Experience managing diverse functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations) and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Physician Relations: Ability to balance physician needs with institutional goals through negotiation and alignment.
Strategic Thinking: Capable of executing growth strategies in collaboration with executive leadership.
Mission‑Driven Mindset: Passionate about delivering world‑class healthcare and driving impact through a non‑profit arm.
Bilingual Fluency: Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Engineering; MBA strongly preferred.
