This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Latin America.

Formación

• 8 years of B2B sales experience and at least 3 years leading teams.
• Proven track record scaling revenue in the US.
• Experience in recruiting outsourcing or HR tech is strongly preferred.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the US sales team.
• Manage and close high-value accounts.
• Develop the US go-to-market strategy.
