How You’ll Make an Impact
- Define and Execute Strategy: Define and execute the regional sales strategy in LATAM in alignment with global business objectives, ensuring the achievement of ambitious revenue targets.
- Lead a High‑Performing Team: Lead, coach and grow a team of sales managers and executives, ensuring consistent performance and development across all LATAM markets.
- Strengthen Partnerships: Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with publishers, media agencies and top‑tier advertisers across LATAM to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Act as a Regional Leader: Represent the company at key industry events and executive forums, acting as the face of the company in LATAM and providing senior leadership with actionable insights on market trends and regional performance.
The Ideal Profile: Is This You?
- Experience: 10 years of proven executive leadership experience in sales, business development or revenue leadership roles within publishing, media, AdTech or digital advertising.
- Core Competency: Deep knowledge of the LATAM media landscape with a strong network across publishers, agencies and direct advertisers.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and lead diverse, high‑performing teams across multiple countries.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation and executive relationship management skills; fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong plus).
- Nice‑to‑Haves: A background in media agencies or publishers; willingness to travel extensively across LATAM and the US.
