Overview
We are seeking a battle-tested, execution-obsessed Head of Operations to serve as the organizational second-in-command. This role is designed for a high-performance operator who can transform ambition into predictable, repeatable revenue at speed and scale. You will take full command of operations across the business — team performance, supply chain, fulfillment, Amazon and DTC execution, systems, and cross-departmental alignment.
This is not a coordinator role, a "process manager," or a support seat. This is the #2 role in the organization with full ownership of everything outside of vision, brand, and product innovation. The ideal candidate is a high-performance athlete at their core — someone who lives the lifestyle, thrives under pressure, and upholds elite standards in both personal and professional arenas.
First 90 Days: Non-Negotiable Deliverables

- Full Team Audit Completed
- Clear "keep / develop / replace" decisions on all current roles
- Low performers removed; A-player replacements identified and/or hired
- Operating System Fully Implemented
- Company-wide operating cadence installed (weekly planning, SOD/EOD reporting, KPIs, sprint cycles)
- SOP library built or refined
- Leadership synchronization and accountability loops running smoothly
- Operational Command Transferred
- CEO fully removed from internal meeting ownership and execution oversight
- All bottlenecks surfaced and eliminated
- Organization Running as a Predictable Machine
- Absolute clarity on roles, deliverables, deadlines, and consequences
- No ambiguity on ownership or execution pathways
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and continuously elevate a lean, high-output team (current team of ~8, growing quickly)
- Own and orchestrate all core operational functions, including:
- Supply chain and logistics
- Manufacturing operations
- Amazon operations and marketplace performance
- DTC fulfillment
- Marketing execution and the creative-to-revenue pipeline
- Install, refine, and enforce company operating systems (Notion-based OS, SOPs, dashboarding, reporting cadence)
- Make decisive hiring and firing decisions to maintain an A-player environment
- Identify and eliminate friction points across all departments with exceptional speed
- Act as the CEO's force multiplier — providing pushback, strategic clarity, and execution discipline
- Drive alignment, remove silos, and ensure the company runs on precision, momentum, and accountability
Requirements
Mandatory Prerequisites (No Exceptions)
- Current or former competitive athlete — you train seriously, optimize health, and live the lifestyle.
- Deep personal commitment to performance, health optimization, discipline, and high personal standards.
- Prior experience running operations for a $20M–$100M e-commerce, DTC, Amazon, or CPG organization (or a division of similar scale).
- Proven track record leading remote teams of 10–30+ people.
- Demonstrated ability to remove underperformers quickly and hire A-level replacements.
- Based in (or working on) a western time zone with a strong, execution-first work ethic.
- Decisive, calm under pressure, and relentlessly focused on clarity, ownership, and speed.
Technical Requirements
- Experience as a COO, VP of Operations, Director of Operations, or equivalent role within a fast-paced consumer brand
- Mastery of:
- Amazon Seller Central
- Shopify
- Supply-chain logistics and vendor management
- DTC fulfillment operations
- Proficiency in key operating tools including Notion, Slack, Loom, G Suite, and KPI dashboard platforms
- Highly analytical mindset — able to pressure-test plans, diagnose bottlenecks, and build data-driven systems
