A leading technology firm in Mexico seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee infrastructure services and manage IT projects. The role requires a minimum of 7 years of management experience in IT, with a strong focus on the card sector. The ideal candidate must have relevant computer security certifications and be fluent in English. The position offers a dynamic work environment committed to diversity and inclusion.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience managing IT projects and teams.

• Computer security-related certifications are required.

Tasks

• Act as the key business unit interface for all IT deliverables for both internal and external customers.
• Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of all application maintenance and infrastructure services.
• Work with client business and technology leadership in defining, prioritizing, and achieving strategic objectives for infrastructure and product portfolio for end customers.
• Assess current Data Center environment with appropriate consideration to replication, disaster recovery, virtual centers and cloud computing based on G+D standards and architectural blueprints.
• Responsible for both Production and Commercial infrastructure services, which includes monitoring and providing L1 and L2 support.
• Accountable for staffing, resource management, cost budget, technical direction, estimates, and overall process for all app maintenance and infrastructure delivery of GDMEX.
• Work closely with security group to ensure data privacy and security standards are adequately maintained to meet compliance requirements such as PCI, AMEX, ISO27001 and other government regulations.

Requirements

• Management of information technology projects such as design of infrastructure solutions, business processes.
• Computer security and related certifications (PCI, ISO27001, SOC, etc.).
• Management experience in transnational companies in Information Technology areas verifiable of 7 years or more. Experience in the card sector of 5 years or more.
• Experience in the card sector of 5 years or more.
• Extensive technical breadth gained through experience in multiple infrastructure domain architecture disciplines, including experience in application and information disciplines.
• Knowledge of processes related to the cards’ manufacturing and personalization.
• Languages: English and native Speaker.
