Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 10 business development professionals driving accountability and performance across markets.

Own end-to-end sales strategy from lead generation to deal closure with aggressive revenue targets.

Manage key accounts and large partnerships to maximize profitability and long-term retention.

Drive data-led decision-making balancing partner satisfaction with the company's financial objectives.

Build and implement scalable frameworks for performance tracking, reporting and business reviews.

Collaborate cross-functionally (Revenue Operations, Legal and Central Teams) to deliver business impact with minimal dependency.

Foster a problem-solving, solution-oriented culture focused on execution over escalation.

Champion ethical but commercially astute decision-making protecting company interests while maintaining constructive partner relations.

Key Requirements

Minimum 8 years of aggressive sales experience including 34 years leading teams of 10 members.

Proven experience managing key accounts or enterprise partnerships in a target-driven environment.

Strong proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Exceptional numerical aptitude and commercial acumen to interpret data and make quick, informed decisions.

Experienced in Excel, PowerPoint and analytical tools.

Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-pressure, startup-like environments; experience in hospitality, retail or real estate is a plus.

Strategic mindset with focus on profitability, efficiency and sustainable growth.

Ability to operate independently and make sound decisions with limited central oversight.

Empathetic leader who values team growth but prioritizes organizational goals and outcomes.

Preferred Background

Prior experience in hospitality, real estate or retail sectors.

Exposure to P&L ownership, pricing strategy or contract negotiations.

Proven track record of improving margins, scaling teams and driving measurable business growth.
