You’ll collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring brand narratives to life across digital, print, and e‑commerce channels.
What You’ll Do
- Design graphics for websites, social media, emails, digital ads, and packaging.
- Execute clean and creative layouts for brand campaigns and product launches.
- Brainstorm visual concepts with the design and marketing teams.
- Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines and style systems.
- Adapt and revise artwork based on quick feedback cycles.
- Prepare final files for both print and digital delivery.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Work on multiple briefs simultaneously, under tight timelines.
Who You Are
- A self‑driven designer with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
- Able to learn quickly, take feedback positively, and push for better.
- Comfortable working independently and also in collaborative teams.
- Able to handle fast‑paced, high‑output work with discipline and structure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, (Figma is a plus).
- A design portfolio showcasing strong visual thinking and execution.
- Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, colorgrading and branding.
Nice to Have (but Not Mandatory)
- Familiarity with UI/UX design.
- Exposure to performance marketing design (Meta/Google Ads).
- Previous work in e‑commerce, DTC brands, or startup environments.
