We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Google Ads & Google Local Services Ads (LSA) Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. This is a full-time, in-office role responsible for driving high-quality lead generation for legal services. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing and optimizing search-focused campaigns, particularly in service-based industries such as immigration or criminal defense law.

This role requires a data-driven professional who can manage budget pacing, optimize performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS), ensure compliance with legal advertising standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve lead quality and conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, optimize, and scale Google Search and Google LSA campaigns.
  • Oversee lead reviews, dispute management, and LSA compliance.
  • Develop and refine ad copy in both English and Spanish.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking and call tracking implementation.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor and improve performance metrics including CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Manage campaign budgets and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Maintain compliance with legal advertising standards and platform policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and intake teams to improve lead quality.
  • Stay current with Google Ads and LSA policy updates and best practices.
  • Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (professional fluency required).
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Google LSA campaigns.
  • Experience in lead generation, preferably in legal or service-based industries.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with call tracking and conversion tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and intake workflows.
  • Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing.
  • Google Ads certification (preferred but not required).
