Role Overview

We are seeking a highly proactive and expert GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to join our growing agile team. We are looking for a self-sufficient entrepreneurial problem-solver who can not only execute tasks but also dramatically improve our client outcomes by fully leveraging the power of GoHighLevel. This is a mid-to-senior level role targeting candidates with significant GHL mastery and a founder mentality.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM & Pipeline Development: Build, manage and continuously optimize our internal GoHighLevel instance focusing on robust client pipelines.
  • Sales & Marketing Automation: Design, implement and maintain complex automation sequences for sales and marketing processes to ensure efficiency and timely client follow-up.
  • Reporting & Attribution: Develop comprehensive reporting dashboards and attribution models within GHL to provide clear actionable insights into campaign and pipeline performance.
  • Strategic Guidance: Act as the internal GHL expert implementing the founders vision while providing expert guidance on feasibility and best practices.
  • System Development (Down the Road): Develop custom repeatable GHL snapshots (frameworks) for rapid client deployment.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify and resolve operational gaps always seeking to improve processes rather than just completing assigned tasks.
Required Skills & Mindset
  • GoHighLevel Mastery (4 years experience): Deep proven expertise in all facets of GHL including pipelines, reporting, automations, custom fields and complex workflows.
  • Proactive & Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter with a Swiss Army knife flexibility comfortable supporting fluid roles in a small dynamic team.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent responsive communicator essential for daily collaboration and avoiding operational delays.
  • AI Proficiency (Functional): Experience with or willingness to learn functional use of AI tools (e.g., Claude with API integrations) for data enrichment and enhanced automation.
  • Broad CRM Knowledge (A Plus): Familiarity with other related platforms like Apollo or Instantly is beneficial.
  • Mission Alignment: An appreciation for the goal of building a comprehensive marketing team for the cost-efficiency of a single hire.
