In this role, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support strategic hiring needs in multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and excellent communication in both English and Spanish. Formación

• Experience in a sourcing or talent research role, preferably in-house or RPO.
• Experience sourcing across different geographies within a global team.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
