Formación

• 3+ years of experience in RPO, recruitment management, or MSP.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerBI.
• Experience in supplier management is preferred.
• Fluent in English for effective communication.
• Preferred experience in a global team environment.
• Must be flexible with working hours.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Contingent Worker Tracking Program ensuring compliance.
• Manage supplier engagement and performance monitoring.
• Communicate findings and risks to stakeholders.
• Escalate issues to leadership regarding supplier performance.
• Propose enhancements for process efficiency.
