• Proven knowledge of audio‑visual and video‑conferencing systems including installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft Teams and familiarity with other major web‑conferencing platforms.
• Degree or qualification in IT, AV, or Media Production, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure daily operations of AV Multimedia services and meeting‑room technologies.
• Provide remote and on‑site AV support for high‑profile meetings.
• Manage incidents and escalations, ensuring clear stakeholder communication.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of audio‑visual and video‑conferencing systems

Support for Microsoft Teams and web‑conferencing platforms

Excellent communication skills in English

Ability to prioritize under pressure
