The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in electrical engineering, with strong knowledge in high voltage systems. You plan, develop and execute capital projects by supporting technical developments, feasibility perspectives of engineering‑related activities in supply chain and capital expense project execution to support growth, world‑class manufacturing and productivity with the highest levels of quality, safety and environmental requirements. How you will contribute

To ensure that accurate budgets, plans and fit‑for‑purpose technical solutions are delivered, you will work with key stakeholders to define and deliver the capital and technical agendas during the development phases of capital investment projects. You will develop capital budgets according to the contract and forecast cash flow, ensure that engineering developments and standards are implemented, and support the development and implementation of state‑of‑the‑art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices. In this role, you will support capital project execution and will be accountable for the quality and results of the capital projects per Mondelēz standards, and our business and innovation processes in project management.

Engineering Role – Electrical

Estamos buscando un Ingeniero Eléctrico altamente capacitado y experimentado para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal será responsable de asegurar la integridad de nuestra infraestructura eléctrica, desde nuestra subestación principal de 115,000V hasta la implementación de nuevos sistemas y equipos. Esta posición crucial garantizará la continuidad operativa, la seguridad eléctrica y el soporte a futuras expansiones, minimizando paros por fallas eléctricas.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Revisión y Análisis de Planos: Realizar revisiones exhaustivas de planos eléctricos existentes, identificando áreas de mejora y compatibilidad con futuras expansiones.
• Gestión de Infraestructura Actual: Interactuar proactivamente con la infraestructura eléctrica actual, comprendiendo su funcionamiento y sus limitaciones.
• Planificación de Expansiones: Evaluar y planificar el impacto de la adición de nuevos laboratorios, oficinas, líneas de producción y sistemas HVAC en la red eléctrica existente.
• Diseño y Cálculo Eléctrico: Liderar el diseño y los cálculos eléctricos precisos para la ampliación de nuevas oficinas, líneas de producción y sistemas de HVAC, garantizando la eficiencia y seguridad.
• Prevención de Fallas: Desarrollar e implementar soluciones de ingeniería para prevenir fallas eléctricas y minimizar los paros operativos, asegurando la continuidad del negocio.
• Implementación de Tableros Eléctricos: Diseñar e implementar nuevos tableros eléctricos, asegurando el cumplimiento de normativas y las mejores prácticas de la industria.
• Sistemas de Iluminación y Monitoreo: Gestionar el diseño e implementación de sistemas de alumbrado, VMS (Sistemas de Gestión de Video/Monitoreo), cámaras, luces y contactos, así como sistemas de medición de energía.
• Documentación Técnica: Mantener actualizada la documentación técnica, planos y diagramas eléctricos.

Requisitos Educación y Experiencia

• Título universitario en Ingeniería Eléctrica o campo relacionado.
• Mínimo de 6 años de experiencia progresiva en ingeniería eléctrica, preferiblemente en entornos industriales o de manufactura.
• Experiencia demostrable con sistemas de alto voltaje, específicamente con subestaciones de 115,000V.
• Experiencia en el diseño e implementación de proyectos de expansión o modificación de infraestructura eléctrica.

Habilidades Técnicas

• Dominio avanzado de software CAD, preferiblemente AutoCAD, para diseño y revisión de planos eléctricos.
• Conocimiento profundo de códigos y normativas eléctricas aplicables (ej. NEC, NOM, etc.).
• Experiencia práctica en el cálculo de cargas eléctricas, diseño de sistemas de distribución, protecciones y puesta a tierra.
• Familiaridad con sistemas de automatización, control y monitoreo eléctrico.
• Conocimiento en sistemas de alumbrado, VMS, cámaras y medición de energía.

• Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
