Formación

• 8-10+ years in strategy, operations, BD, or general management roles.
• Proven experience scaling asset-heavy or marketplace-based businesses.
• Strong people leadership with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• High ownership mindset with ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
