The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring stability, profitability, and regulatory compliance.

This role will oversee cash flow, financial reporting, cost control, and national and international bank transfers, supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow and ensure the company's liquidity.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and projections.
• Oversee international bank transfers and foreign currency management.
• Ensure compliance with national and international tax and accounting regulations.
• Optimize costs and evaluate investments to improve business profitability.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, as well as relationships with financial institutions.
• Implement financial control strategies and risk management practices.
• Support the CFO in financial planning and strategic decision-making.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Lead and train the finance team to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Advanced Chinese (essential for international operations).
• Advanced English (essential for international operations).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in renewable energy, manufacturing, or technology companies.
• Knowledge of international bank transfers and tax regulations.
• Experience in financial analysis, cost control, and budgeting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (ERP, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision‑making skills.
