Formación

  • Experience in data management and reporting at an intermediate level.
  • Proficiency in SAS (entry to intermediate), SQL (intermediate), and Excel (intermediate).
  • Programming skills with knowledge of R and Python as a plus.
  • Familiarity with actuarial reserving concepts at an entry level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the Actuarial Reserving and Pricing teams by managing and optimizing data processes. This role will focus on handling Personal Auto data, creating reports and dashboards, and delivering insights for senior leadership. You will work closely with IT to resolve data issues and improve existing processes for greater efficiency, while contributing to special projects that drive business decisions.

What You'll Do

Requirements
  • Experience in data management and reporting (Intermediate level).
  • Proficiency in SAS (Entry to Intermediate level), SQL (Intermediate), and Excel (Intermediate).
  • Programming skills (Intermediate), with knowledge of R and Python as a plus.
  • Familiarity with actuarial reserving concepts (Entry level).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
  • Good communication skills for collaboration with IT and actuarial teams.
  • Insurance background in reserving data is a plus.
