The Impact You’ll Make

As our Factory Controlling Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving financial visibility and decision support for our manufacturing site in Apodaca.

Your impact? You’ll ensure factory performance data translates into meaningful insights that help Operations and leadership make smarter, faster, and more sustainable decisions. By analyzing results, identifying trends, and partnering closely with operations teams, you’ll strengthen the link between financial outcomes and business actions—contributing directly to the profitability and efficiency of our product lines.

You’ll collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and global Finance teams to monitor results, optimize processes, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting that supports both local and global financial goals.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver monthly financial performance analyses for the factory, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to identify cost‑saving initiatives, improve cash flow, and optimize supply chain drivers such as procurement, freight, and inventories.
  • Prepare and update monthly forecasts, budgets, and deviation analyses to ensure alignment with leadership targets.
  • Investigate variances in actual performance versus plan, providing data‑driven recommendations for process improvement.
  • Support annual budget preparation and contribute to standardizing reporting processes across product lines.
  • Collaborate with peers across Danfoss to share best practices and ensure consistency in controlling activities.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or reporting—preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights for operational teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems such as SAP, Business Warehouse, Hyperion, or Power BI.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across functions and cultures, fostering strong collaboration with Operations.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
