About the role

As a Facilities Supervisor (Temporary), you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant facilities and general services. This role plays a key part in supporting manufacturing operations by maintaining infrastructure, utilities, and building systems, while coordinating contractors and driving compliance with safety and quality standards. Your work will directly impact operational continuity, employee safety, and overall plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Facilities Supervisor (Temporary), you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities, buildings, and general services.
  • Developing and executing maintenance plans for peripheral equipment, infrastructure, and utilities.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of substations, industrial buildings, offices, HVAC systems, drainage, ramps, civil works, waterproofing, and painting.
  • Managing and coordinating external contractors and internal personnel, ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time execution.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and resolving facilities‑related issues using structured problem‑solving approaches.
Requirements

As a minimum you must have
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities, infrastructure, or general services within industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in maintenance of industrial buildings and plants.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations, including ISO / TS 16949, OSHA, ASME, DIN, and ANSI.
  • Intermediate English proficiency, capable of providing status updates and participating in meetings.
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have
  • Experience in project management, including infrastructure upgrades or new manufacturing processes.
  • Exposure to projects related to welding, aluminum processes, or special equipment installations.
  • Strong numerical skills for budget control and KPI tracking.
