Responsibilities

• 1. Fungir como responsable del sistema de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo:
  • Altas de equipos.
  • Transferencias de equipos.
  • Planes de mantenimientos para equipos.
  • Cerrar mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos.
  • Administrar sistema de Tags.
• 2. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los entrenamientos del personal técnico.
• 3. Realizar programación de mantenimiento semanal para técnicos.
• 4. Dar seguimiento a órdenes de compra en sistema.
• 5. Generar información del cumplimiento del sistema de Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
• 6. Gestionar diariamente el cumplimiento de mantenimientos preventivos en tiempo.
• 6. Administrar el control de documentación del área de Mantenimiento.
• 7. Generar gráficas de tendencias de mantenimientos correctivos por área equipo y causa raíz y compartir a las áreas de interés.
• 8. Generar gráficas de cumplimientos de mantenimientos preventivos y compartir a las áreas de interés.
• 10. Administrar TIERs de Mantenimiento.
• 11. Aplicar y seguir los lineamientos de EHS de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos estándares y normas oficiales mexicanas.
• 12. Usar el equipo de protección personal (EPP) asignado de acuerdo con la NOM-017.
• 13. Coordinar área de limpieza (edificio interno externos y dentro de cuarto limpio).
• 14. Seguimiento actividades Control de plagas (Pest control).
• 15. Apoya el cumplimiento del Sistema de Calidad mediante su participación en investigaciones como dueño asegurando que las actividades relacionadas al seguimiento de un NCR/CAPA son ejecutadas completadas y documentadas correctamente.
• 16. Asegura y mantiene el funcionamiento de la Planta de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales.
