A leading HVAC&R manufacturer in Mexico seeks an Admin Analyst to manage accommodations and services for expatriates. The role involves overseeing housing-related services, ensuring compliance with company and local regulations, and acting as the main contact for foreign employees. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least three years of experience in similar roles, with strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Formación

• Minimum of 3 years experience in similar positions.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team under changing conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise management of accommodation and related services for foreign personnel.
• Coordinate and monitor service delivery across business units.
• Oversee payments and reimbursements related to housing.
• Act as main contact point for foreign employees.
• Maintain updated records of accommodation and service providers.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for company-leased properties.
• Prepare regular reports on housing status and service expenses.
