A very busy entrepreneur & leadership coach within the wellness/personal development space is seeking a versatile Forward‑thinking Executive / Personal Assistant to support day‑to‑day tasks. The EPA will need to be extremely confident and comfortable making decisions on behalf of the CEO, and maintaining an open line of communication at all times. As the CEO’s “right hand person”, the EPA will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth personal environment for the CEO, allowing the principal to stay laser‑focused on tasks only he can perform by removing everything else from his desk. We are looking for someone who enjoys the core responsibilities of the EA/PA role and will be fulfilled by growing within the role for the long term. The PA must sign a non‑disclosure agreement and understand the importance of privacy, confidentiality, and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and ensure the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected, serving as a gatekeeper and gateway to the CEO’s time and office.
- Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately, and act as a “barometer,” sensing issues in ينتضور الكدمث and keeping the President updated.
- Provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the organization’s success and manage a variety of special projects for the President, some of which may have organizational impact.

- Spend time and become familiar with all aspects of the business using residence.
- Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements.
- Assist in CRM input and editing.
- Edit the WordPress website (or learn WordPress).
- Perform a variety of office and personal errands.
- Coordinate and manage vendors and contractors at the office and/or residence.
- Conduct ad‑hoc research.
- Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and transcribe correspondence from handwritten notes.
- Coordinate on‑site meetings, luncheons, coffees, and in‑house events.
- Upload and organize social media content (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook).
- Edit podcast videos.
- Transcribe videos and create or edit thumbnails.
- Set up and clean up video shoots.
- Create and maintain a workout schedule, manage health‑tracking devices (Fitbit, Apple‑watch, etc.), and coordinate personal training sessions.
- Assist with planning leisure activities such as playlist creation, personal shopping, and keep an eye out for events that may interest the CEO.
Ideal Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting high‑profile individuals.
- 1‑2+ years of administrative/personal assistance experience.
- 1+ year of experience in marketing/social media.
- Must have flexible availability for odd hours and events when needed and maintain a 24/7 mentality while respecting personal boundaries Sheffield.

- Ability to travel with little notice (international and domestic).
